Aceitunas Chicón Lebrón was founded in 2001. Since then it has not stopped growing every year. It does it at a rate of 20% a year. Nowadays which is growing 20% a year, wants to exceed eight million euros of invoicing during this year. It produces six million kilos of table olives. Her speciality is “Aceituna de la Abuela”, but it is also the creator of the first seasoned pasteurized olive, a production method that guarantees the useful life of the product of five years.
The company has attended for first time this year the International Food and Beverage Exhibition, Alimentaria Barcelona, with the aim of expanding market, especially abroad, where the only export 20% of their production. It ships to Brazil, as well as Italy and Greece.
Its facilities have 15,000 square meters in Casería La Soledad. Its production focuses on the olive varieties manzanilla, gordal, verdial, ocal and hojiblanca.
Chicon Lebrón has in the market 100 different references, although its greatest one is “Aceituna de la Abuela”. It also produces six different types of pickles.
